The wine, the takeout, the late-night scroll — these are signals. Ways the body and mind reach for relief when something underneath is unaddressed.
Getting clear on the why means getting honest about what you’re actually reaching for.
To go deeper: what activities make you feel alive or at peace? What do you value most — freedom, creativity, connection, impact? Who inspires you and why? When do you feel most like yourself? These are breadcrumbs back to yourself. Follow them.
