A quick blend of dates, nuts, and protein that comes together in minutes. Slightly sweet, easy to customize, and useful when you want something small but satisfying.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
• ½ cup almonds or walnuts
• 2 tbsp almond or cashew butter
• 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
• a pinch of sea salt
Optional:
• a splash of vanilla extract
• cacao powder for a chocolate version
• chia seeds or hemp hearts
• shredded coconut for rolling
METHOD
• Add all ingredients to a food processor
• Blend until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together
• Roll into small balls
• Chill 20–30 minutes to firm up
BUILD IT YOUR WAY
• Add cacao powder for a chocolate version
• Roll in coconut, cocoa, or crushed nuts
• Adjust nut butter for a softer or firmer texture
• Add seeds for more texture
• Make smaller or larger depending on how you use them
